Open iTunes by clicking the "iTunes" icon on your desktop.

Click and drag the songs file(s) you want to transfer onto your ipod Touch into a playlist in the iTunes window.

Link your ipod Touch to a USB connection on your computer, employing the cord that arrived with your ipod Touch when you acquired it.

Click the ipod icon that seems on the left side of the display screen in the iTunes window beneath the "Products" menu. A new iTunes browser window will open.

Click the "New music" tab in the new browser window. It is located amongst the "Summary" and "Videos" tabs.

Check out the box following to "Sync Songs." Decide on the radio button following to the phrases "Total audio library."

Click the "Utilize" button. ITunes will get started transferring the songs files from the PC to the ipod Touch. You will know the sync is Total when the ipod Touch display screen reads "Sync Total." You have now transferred new music from a PC to your ipod Touch.
